I offer free shipping on returns and exchanges for 60 days. Simply contact me and I will send you a return shipping label. You will be refunded once the item has arrived in good condition. I usually accept returns with light wear and tear. Custom orders are generally non-returnable, but I tend to go above and beyond to satisfy my customers, so please reach out with any issues.
Defective Items
If your order is defective or damaged after normal use, contact me with a picture that demonstrates the problem. If the item was clearly defective, a return may not be necessary. Instead, I may offer to either send a replacement, give you a full/partial refund or (if appropriate) arrange to repair the defect. The 60-day limit on returns and exchanges still applies.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost in the mail, first call your local post office. If they aren’t helpful, or if they are holding your delivery because of incorrect postage (or any other reason), please contact me. If possible, I will try to reach out to the mail carrier and figure out the situation. This may take an additional week or two. If your package is officially declared lost, I will work with the mail carrier to figure out reimbursement. In the end, I can usually offer either a replacement or refund of the lost order. I am not responsible for issues with mail delivery, but I do my best to help resolve any issues.
Package Damaged in the Mail
If your order is damaged in the mail, contact me with a photograph of the damage. In most cases, I will offer to either send a replacement or refund the amount of the damaged items.
Late or missing refunds
If I have issued you a refund but you haven’t received it yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If a week has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.
Refusal
I do my best to keep customers happy, but please be aware that these return and exchange conditions are subject to my discretion. I reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund request. Please see my official return policy for legally binding terms.
